Within Continental U.S. Orders

International & Non-Continental US Orders 

All with the exception of Canada, we are no longer accepting International orders on this website. Should you want to place an International order, please email us at:  John@djanssencraftycreations.com 



Orders from Hawaii and Alaska may be placed on this website. The shipping totals that you will receive during checkout will need to be ammended however. We will contact you with the ammended shipping fee and await your approval before processing your order.

Orders from Canada may also be placed on this website. We ship to canada via FedEx International Economy service. The cost for this service is $25. The shipping fee that you will be quoted on the website will need to be ammended to reflect the actual $25 fee. We will contact you with the ammended shipping fee and await your approval before processing your order.

 

 

Order Processing  Non-personalized orders are processed within three business days after they are received. Personalized orders, such as monogram gift items  may require up to 5 days for processing. Should you require a rush on any personalized gift items, please e-mail us at: John@djanssencraftycreations.com and we will try and accommodate you as best we can. You may also e-mail us at the above address to check on the status of your personalized order.
